How Tenants Can Find Rooms on Roomkarts
- 1On the homepage, the seeker chooses (Room, PG, Flat,House , Villa), along with city, town & sector using 3 dropdowns.
- 2Clicking the "Let's Search" button navigates the seeker to a results page with listings and filters.
- 3The seeker selects a listing to view detailed information, including images, features, address, offers, and nearby details.
- 4To save the listing or view the contact details, the seeker must first log in. After login, the profile dashboard opens with saved listings in their wishlist.

Service Fees - Not Transaction Fees
We charge only for digital services (verification & agreements). Property search is FREE. We do NOT handle rental/sale transactions.
Digital Service Fee - Property Verification
Roomkarts charges a monthly service fee of Rs. 199 for property verification service. This is a digital service fee (NOT a transaction fee). We verify property documents, provide a trust badge, and enable continued listing visibility on our platform. This service fee is separate from any rental or property transactions between owners and tenants.
Important: Roomkarts does NOT handle property rental/sale transactions or collect rent/sale amounts. We only charge for digital services (verification & agreements).
